How to Log into CAXperts FileTransfer

  1. Enter your username and password to log into CAXperts FileTransfer if you already have an account created by CAXperts.
  2. To create a new account, click on “Register as a new client” below. Fill in all the required information and then click on “Create account”.
  3. Fill in your name and choose a login username.
  4. Click on “Generate password” to create a password for your account and enter your email address.
  5. You can also add additional information, such as your telephone number or an internal contact name if needed.
  6. Finally, click on “Create account” to complete the registration and access or upload files.

How to Upload Files in CAXperts FileTransfer

  1. Log into your CAXperts FileTransfer account.
  2. Click on “Upload” in the left-side menu.
  3. Click on “Add files” and select all the files that you want to upload, then click “Upload files”. Remember that the maximum allowed file size is 4096 MB.
  4. In the next step, under “File Information,” you will be able to set a name and description for each uploaded file.
  5. After you have made all your adjustments, click on “Save.”
  6. Please inform your contact at CAXperts that you have uploaded the file.

How to Download Files in CAXperts FileTransfer

  1. Click on the link in the email you received with the notification of a new upload by one of our employees.
  2. Alternatively, log into your account.
  3. Click on “View my files” in the left-side menu.
  4. Choose the file you need and click on “Download”.
